These are new NASCAR figure made by Road Champs and can be found at Walmart or Toys 'r Us. Should work well for the Modern Class.
English Rider Steve is from Fisher Price. He would work in a 1940's to late 50's boat with a polo style helmet. He's a little "toyish", but will look good with a nice life vest. Available at toy stores including Toys r Us.
Astronaut John Crighton is an action figure made by Toy Vault and is an excellent figure for a 1/10th scale boat. He comes with a helmet which is a huge plus, and his jacket can be paited to look like a life vest. Semi-collectible. Can be found at some toy stores, and is often on Ebay.
